His particular specialties include breast augmentation, facelifts, and tummy tucks, but his services fall into four general areas: Facial Procedures- These include facelifts, eyelid surgery, rhinoplasty, facial rejuvenation, brow lifts, and otoplasty. Since the face is such an important part of a person’s identity, many patients are particularly self-conscious about its appearance. These procedures are designed to rejuvenate the face with minimally invasive techniques. Dr. Gaines has had particular success with fat grafting procedures in eliminating deep wrinkles or hollowed areas. Breast Surgeries- Patients can take advantage of breast surgeries such as breast augmentation, breast reduction, breast reconstruction, breast lift, or male breast reduction. The breasts can play a significant role in a woman or man’s sense of identity. These procedures can help patients achieve their cosmetic ideal or alleviate pain or discomfort. Body Contouring- Body contouring procedures include liposuction, tummy tucks, buttock lifts, and arm lifts. Rather than aid in weight loss, these treatments are intended to trim and sculpt the body by removing small amounts of localized fat or loose skin. Non-surgical Procedures- These non-invasive treatments focus on revitalization, eliminating deep lines on the face, smoothing out skin texture and tone, and restoring lost firmness. Dr. Gaines provides an assortment of injectables, all of which he administers himself, including BOTOX® Cosmetic, Xeomin®, Kybela™, and collagen treatments. Patients can also take advantage of laser skin resurfacing, dermabrasion, and spider vein injection for smoother, healthier-looking skin. In addition to the traditional selection of non-surgical treatments, Dr. Gaines also performs hair transplants to restore moderate hair loss. While not everyone is an ideal candidate, patients have reported immediate and satisfying results.
